These Terms of Use apply when you browse this website, submit a project enquiry, upload files, use a secure request-management link or otherwise use website functionality provided by Premium Construction & Maintenance.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website's submission or secure client features.
02 · Website information
Website content is general information, not a project agreement.
Descriptions of services, project examples, process information, photographs and other website content are provided for general informational purposes. They do not create a quotation, construction contract, warranty or commitment to perform work.
Project-specific scope, pricing, timing, payment terms, exclusions, warranties and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable quotation, contract, invoice or other written agreement issued for that project. If those project-specific documents conflict with general website content, the project-specific documents govern.
03 · Project requests
An enquiry starts a conversation; it does not guarantee acceptance.
Submitting a project request does not require Premium to accept the project, provide a quotation or commence work. Information submitted should be accurate to the best of your knowledge so Premium can assess the request properly.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and for reviewing any quotation, contract or other project document before accepting it.
04 · Files & uploads
Only upload material you are entitled to share.
By uploading plans, drawings, photographs, documents or other material, you confirm that you have the right or permission to provide that material to Premium for the purpose of reviewing, planning, pricing, delivering or documenting the relevant project.
Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files, unrelated confidential information, or personal information about another person unless you are authorised to share it for the project.
05 · Secure request links
Treat client follow-up links as confidential.
A project request may include a secure link that allows you to view the request status, upload files and send follow-up information. You are responsible for keeping that link private. If you believe a secure link has been exposed to someone who should not have it, contact Premium promptly through the Client Support page.
06 · Website content & ownership
Premium's website content may not be reused without permission.
Unless otherwise stated, Premium owns or is authorised to use the website's branding, layout, written content and project media. You may view the site and keep reasonable copies for personal reference, but you may not reproduce, publish, sell, misrepresent or commercially exploit website content without permission.
Any third-party marks, media or materials remain the property of their respective owners.
07 · Availability, links & liability
The website is provided on an availability basis.
Premium aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item of content will always be complete or current. Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, hosting or technical reasons.
