01 · Who is responsible
Premium Construction & Maintenance
For personal information submitted through this website, Premium Construction & Maintenance acts as the data controller. Premium is based at Millionaire Road, St. Peter, Barbados.

02 · Information we collect
Information you provide and information needed to operate the site.
Depending on how you use the website, Premium may receive your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, project location, project type, budget range, timing, project description and other information you choose to provide.
If you upload plans, photographs, drawings, documents or other reference material, those files may also contain personal or property-related information. Follow-up messages and files added through the secure request-management page become part of the same project enquiry record.
Premium may also receive limited technical information needed for website operation and security, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps and server/security logs.
03 · How we use information
To respond, deliver services and keep business records organised.
Personal information may be used to review and respond to enquiries, discuss a proposed project, arrange site reviews, prepare quotations, manage active work, issue invoices and receipts, maintain project records, provide support, protect the website and admin systems, and meet applicable legal or business-record obligations.
Premium processes personal information only where there is a lawful reason to do so under applicable law. This can include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing contractual obligations, complying with legal obligations, protecting legitimate business and security interests, and relying on consent where consent is appropriate or required.
Premium does not currently use website submissions for automated decision-making or behavioural profiling.
05 · Retention & security
Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.
Project enquiries, correspondence, files and commercial records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry or project, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect legal rights and satisfy applicable accounting, tax or other legal obligations.
Premium uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including restricted admin access, multi-factor authentication, hardened sessions, security logging, protected client follow-up links, validated uploads and backup/recovery controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but Premium maintains safeguards proportionate to the information and systems in use.
06 · Your rights
You may have rights over personal data held about you.
Under the Barbados Data Protection Act, 2019, data subjects have rights that can include access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure in appropriate circumstances, restriction of processing, data portability, protection against certain harmful processing and direct marketing, and rights relating to automated decision-making.
To make a privacy request, contact info@premiumconstructionbb.com. Premium may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain information where continued retention is permitted or required by law.
You may also raise a complaint with the Barbados Data Protection Commission. Information about the Commission is available through the Government of Barbados website at gov.bb ↗.
